Description
We are looking for a sharp, passionate, and highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
- The role requires someone who has demonstrated success in building a sales pipeline. This individual must be a self-starter who is able to identify and develop prospects into opportunities to fuel growth.
- Through a very comprehensive database, the Inside Sales Executive will be responsible not only for generating revenue but also for building a relationship with the customer to further strengthen the business relationship. The role will be the critical gateway for a significant market impact to be made where one sale can potentially branch into many others, exponentially increasing the revenue generated along with future upsells and solution offerings.
Responsibilities
- The individual will be responsible for moving prospects through the pipeline, converting them into Sales Qualified leads (SQL).
- Nurturing the SQLs to eventually close sales.
- Use email, Linkedin, and calling to generate interest among prospects.
- Create personalized communication for specific prospects for a better impact.
- Demo platform capabilities and explain use.
- Qualify interested prospects on a well-defined criterion to convert them into leads.
- Be persistent and proactive in your communication with prospects, providing them information that would help them move quickly in the pipeline.
- Responsible for selling SaaS after getting introduced.
- Building the top of the sales funnel via cold outreaches or warm leads.
- Product delivery, customer success (account management), and upselling.
- Helping formulate a sales and customer success playbook.
Requirements
- Exemplary communication skills in English include verbal communication written.
- 2-4 years of experience in Inside Sales/Cold call experience at B2B technology companies.
- Having managed business development in the B2B domain.
Cracking enterprise customers In India as well as Globally. - An understanding of Services/SaaS space.
- Ability to handle inbound calls, as required.
- An adaptive go-getter with a – think out of the box- attitude.
