Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Direct Sales Executive to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships in the CPaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the assigned territory to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client needs, challenges, and pain points, and present tailored solutions that address their requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target industries.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to penetrate new markets and verticals.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and deliverables.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our CPaaS solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that meet both customer and company objectives.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote brand awareness and establish thought leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-10 years of proven experience in direct sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the CPaaS, SaaS, or telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is desirable.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
