Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for multiple environments.
- Architect and maintain cloud and on-prem infrastructure (AWS /Proxmox / Nutanix).
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform / Ansible / CloudFormation.
- Manage containerization and orchestration using Docker / Kubernetes.
- Maintain and optimize monitoring, logging, and alerting tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Icinga, ELK.
- Implement and maintain reverse proxies, load balancers, and firewalls (HAProxy, NGINX, Palo Alto, etc.).
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline deployments and environment consistency.
- Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and disaster recovery best practices.
- Automate operational processes using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers on tools, automation, and best practices.
- Participate in on-call rotations and handle critical production incidents.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Linux administration (Ubuntu / Centos).
- Proven expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Nutanix).
- Deep understanding of networking concepts (DNS, Load Balancing, SSL, VPN, etc.).
- Experience with infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible).
- Proficiency in containerization and Kubernetes management.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging frameworks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Strong scripting skills in Bash / Python
- Experience with Git-based workflows and branching strategies.
