Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for IT operations and business intelligence.
- Analyze IT system performance data, infrastructure metrics, and business data to identify trends and insights.
- Collaborate with IT teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Create and maintain data models, ETL processes, and automated reporting workflows.
- Coordinate analytics deliverables across IT projects and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor data quality, troubleshoot reporting issues, and optimize dashboard performance.
- Develop data governance standards and maintain documentation for all BI solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in data analysis with strong proficiency in Power BI development.
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and database management systems.
- Experience with ETL tools and data integration processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, system monitoring, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure Data Services, Power Platform, or Microsoft Fabric.
- Knowledge of Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and data warehousing solutions.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management frameworks.
