Job Scope
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI & ML Specialist with 6–8 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI systems across real-world applications. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, NLP/NLU/NLG, and a strong track record of implementing AI/ML solutions in production environments using modern tools and technologies. Candidate should be handle a team under and mentor the team, should be able to carry out other RND tasks not related to AI/ML as well such as evaluating new tools, technologies, building quick POCs, third party integrations etc.
Job Responsibilities
- Understand Pinnacle’s communication products in details
- Understand functional and non-functional requirements for RND
- Hands on experience on Windows/Linux/Office tools
- Design, develop, and deploy ML and deep learning models for diverse business applications such as recommendation systems, predictive analytics, computer vision, and NLP.
- Build and scale AI solutions using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Working experience with Cloud such as AWS/Azure, deployments and services
- Work on Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Natural Language Generation (NLG) tasks (e.g., intent classification, text summarization, conversational AI).
- Implement classical and advanced ML algorithms: regression, classification, clustering, decision trees, boosting, ensemble methods, SVMs, CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, transformers, etc.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and AI-based solutions.
- Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and model integration into production.
- Ensure model performance monitoring, validation, and retraining using MLOps practices.
- Work with large-scale datasets, ensuring data quality and pre-processing (ETL, feature engineering).
- Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and contribute to AI/ML strategy and roadmap.

Qualification and Experience
- BE/B.Tech – B.E or B. Tech – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Min 6-8 years
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Experience with end-to-end deployment of AI/ML pipelines in production.
- Exposure to GenAI applications such as custom GPT models, embeddings, RAG pipelines, etc.
- Domain experience in one or more of: finance, retail, healthcare, logistics, or e-commerce.
- Working on real-world problems such as fraud detection, demand forecasting, churn prediction, sentiment analysis, document understanding, etc.
- Experience in integrating AI into enterprise systems or customer-facing products.
Preference
Preference to candidates working in Nagpur or willing to relocate to Nagpur.
