Preferred Certificate
M365 Associate, CompTIA A+, Google IT Support
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, MCSA (preferred but not mandatory).
3- 5 years of experience in IT support or System Administration.
