LeadSquared WhatsApp Integration with Pinnacle

  3. Add the template in https://console.pinbot.ai/whatsapp-template and once the template approved. Add the same template in WhatsApp Templates

3. Installation

Refer to WhatsApp Business Messaging Connection for information on how to install the WhatsApp Business connector.

4. Configuration

Once the connector is installed, add and configure your WhatsApp phone numbers to the connector. To do this, enter –

4.1 Basic Details

Field Description
WhatsApp Business Number Provide your registered WhatsApp business number after choosing the country code. This field must be completed.
Account Name Provide a relevant name for your connector. This field is mandatory.
Allow Lead Generation on incoming message Click  to allow automatic lead creation when you receive messages from unknown mobile numbers.
Lead Source From the dropdown, select a lead source for your leads.
Once you’re done, click Next.

4.2 Service Provider

Select Pinnacle from the list of choices, and then click Next.

4.3 Authentication

Through Client Base URL, Registered WhatsApp Number, UserName, and Password, you may verify your Pinnacle integration.
Click Next, when you’re done.

4.4 Converse Settings

You can communicate with your leads over WhatsApp in real-time with LeadSquared Converse, an instant messaging function.
Follow these steps to combine LeadSquared Converse with WhatsApp:
  • Slide the Converse Enable slider to the on position on the Converse Settings tab.
  • Under User Access, give users the authority to interact with leads using LeadSquared Converse.
    • Advanced (User Level) — The user will be allowed to send messages through LeadSquared Converse depending on the value that is contained in the user boolean field that has been selected (for example, for user Sam, the “Is Employee” field includes “Yes”). Choose a pertinent boolean field from the Select User Field menu. Visit Manage User Custom Fields to add a new user field.
  • Approved Templates — Enable this feature to enable users to send leads approved WhatsApp templates.
  • Inform Lead Owners* — When enabled, only lead owners will receive alerts when a lead sends a WhatsApp message. When disabled, alerts for certain WhatsApp messages will be sent to everyone who is currently logged in.
  • Sending Rich Media — Enable this feature to enable the sending of media files within WhatsApp messages for your subscribers.

4.5 Advanced Settings

In this screen, you must map –

  • Activity Mapping — Incorporate a LeadSquared activity feature into your WhatsApp messaging. Every time a WhatsApp message is sent or received, this action is posted.
  • Default WhatsApp Number Fields —  When you send a WhatsApp message to a lead, the default phone number that you set will be automatically selected. From the Add Another Number menu, you may also choose from a variety of different numbers.
  • Default Country Code — If no country code is specified, messages will be sent to a phone number that is saved in a custom field using the default country code.
  • Enable Rich Media Template Support — You must enable the  slider if you wish to incorporate media assets in your WhatsApp message.
  • Enable HSM — You must enable  for receiving HSM message.
  • Show URL Preview in Custom Messages  — You must enable  show URL preview in custom messages.
  • Compliance Type  Here, you can choose the WhatsApp template’s compliance type by selecting either WhatsApp Opt-in or WhatsApp Opt-out.
  • WhatsApp Opt-Out  Choose a lead field for the WhatsApp opt-in/opt-out feature from the dropdown. Based on this parameter, your leads can choose whether to get WhatsApp communications from you.
Once you are finished, click Save & Close.

You’ll see the success message highlighted below if your credentials are accurate.

The integration will not work if they were wrong.
