Pinnacle Teleservices Partners with Maharashtra Government’s Environment and Climate Change Department to Promote a Safe and Green Diwali

Pinnacle Teleservices Pvt. Ltd. has partnered with the Environment and Climate Change Department, Government of Maharashtra (पर्यावरण व वातावरणीय बदल विभाग, महाराष्ट्र शासन) to strengthen public awareness around its initiative, “समृद्ध दिवाळी… पर्यावरणपूरक दिवाळी” (A Prosperous and Eco-Friendly Diwali).

Through this initiative, Pinnacle will support the Department in communicating important environmental and public safety guidelines to citizens through digital communication channels, helping extend the campaign’s reach and encourage responsible celebrations.

The awareness campaign highlights three key messages: the use of green firecrackers, the prohibition of bursting firecrackers within 100 metres of hospitals, educational institutions, government offices and courts, and the restriction on bursting firecrackers in public spaces such as roads, lanes and footpaths.

Citizens are also encouraged to watch the informational video shared by the Department to understand these guidelines and contribute to a safer festive environment.

This partnership reflects the potential of technology-enabled public communication in supporting government awareness initiatives and connecting important messages with citizens at scale.
